Rasha G. Lutfi, Esq.

Ms. Lutfi is an accomplished trial attorney focusing her practice in the areas of employment law, immigration and business immigration law, security clearance appeals, and business litigation.  

Ms. Lutfi's legal career began as a public servant.  She tirelessly fought for clients' rights in the appellate and trial divisions in Palm Beach County Court. Her dedication and commitment to justice took her from her home state of Florida to the District of Columbia where she represented clients in  civil litigation, Federal  immigration court, and before the USCIS. 

Beyond her litigation work, Ms. Lutfi was also the host of a legal talk show.  Through interviewing local politicians, attorneys, and members of the judiciary, she was able to bring the law to the listening audience in an approachable manner.

Ms. Lutfi is managing partner at Lutfi Law, P.A., where she continues to to represent clients with their employment, immigration, and civil litigation related matters. Ms. Lutfi also serves on the board of several local organizations.​​
